5-Minute Protein-Rich Urad Dal Dosa | Kaadu Blends Healthy Dosa

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Kaadu Blends Urad Dal Mix
  • Water – as needed
  • Salt – optional
  • Oil/Ghee – for cooking

Steps

  1. Make the Batter
    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Kaadu Blends Urad Dal Mix.
    Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth, dosa-style batter (no lumps).
  2. Rest (Optional, 1 Minute)
    Let the batter sit for 1 minute for better spreading and texture.
  3. Heat the Tawa
    Heat a dosa tawa on medium flame. Grease lightly with oil if needed.
  4. Spread the Dosa
    Pour a ladle of batter in the center and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
  5. Drizzle Oil/Ghee
    Add a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges.
  6. Cook Until Crisp
    Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges turn golden and crisp.
  7. Serve Hot
    Remove from the tawa and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
