Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Kaadu Blends Urad Dal Mix
- Water – as needed
- Salt – optional
- Oil/Ghee – for cooking
Steps
- Make the Batter
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Kaadu Blends Urad Dal Mix.
Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth, dosa-style batter (no lumps). - Rest (Optional, 1 Minute)
Let the batter sit for 1 minute for better spreading and texture. - Heat the Tawa
Heat a dosa tawa on medium flame. Grease lightly with oil if needed. - Spread the Dosa
Pour a ladle of batter in the center and spread it evenly in a circular motion. - Drizzle Oil/Ghee
Add a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges. - Cook Until Crisp
Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges turn golden and crisp. - Serve Hot
Remove from the tawa and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
