The grains are carefully cleaned, slowly roasted, and ground in our warehouse to preserve their natural nutrients and authentic flavour. Blend with our sweet masala ( made with sukku (dry ginder), elachi cardamom) with pure jaggery powder to create a healthy halwa that is rich in aroma, taste, and wellness benefits.

How to Make Kaadu Blends Multi Grain Halwa

Ingredients:

  • 1 spoon Kaadu Kings Blend (Kavuni Rice Mix)
  • 1 spoon Kaadu Kambu (Pearl Millet) Blend
  • 1 spoon Kaadu Urad Dal Blend
  • Water (as required)
  • Ghee – 1 to 2 tsp
  • Kaadu Herbal Jaggery Powder – to taste
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, take 1 spoon each of Kings Blend, Kambu Blend, and Urad Dal Blend.
  2. Add water little by little and mix well to form a smooth batter-like consistency (without lumps).
  3. Heat a pan on low flame and add 1–2 teaspoons of ghee.
  4. Pour the prepared batter into the pan and stir continuously on low to medium flame.
  5. Add Kaadu Herbal Jaggery Powder as per your sweetness level and mix well.
  6. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens into a smooth, glossy halwa texture.
  7. Finally, add chopped nuts for garnish and extra flavour (optional).
  8. Your healthy, aromatic, multi-grain halwa is now ready to serve — enjoy it hot or cold!
