This nutrient-rich Black Rice Health Mix is specially designed for preparing Sweet Breakfast Kanji / Rice Porridge with jaggery and sweet masala. Its naturally rich flavour and smooth texture make it perfect for daily consumption.
How To Prepare – Sweet Karuppu Kavuni Kanji
- Take 100 g (approx 4 spoons) of Kaadu Blends Karuppu Kavuni Mix.
- Add 1L water and mix well without lumps.
- Boil on a medium flame, stirring continuously.
- When it thickens, add:
- Jaggery powder – to taste
- 3- 4 pinch (10gm) Kaadu Sweet Masala
- Garnish with fresh coconut or crushed nuts.
Serve hot as a Healthy South Indian Sweet Drink / Breakfast Kanji.
