Healthy kanji recipe | Kavuni mix kanji

Recipe for kanji : Super healthy and easy-to-make traditional Kanji using just two key ingredients: Palm Candy and Karuppu Kavuni Mix. This is a perfect dish to start your day with a burst of energy and nutrition!

Ingredients:

  • Palm Candy (Panam Kalkandu) – 2 tablespoons
  • Karuppu Kavuni Mix (Black Rice Mix) – 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Water – 4 cups

Steps:

  • Boil 4 cups of water and add 2 tablespoons of Palm Candy. Stir until dissolved. In a bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of Karuppu Kavuni Mix with a little water to make a smooth paste. Slowly add this paste to the boiling water and stir well.
  • Let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Kanji thickens.
