Idly powder, also known as idli podi or milagai podi, is a flavorful and spicy condiment commonly used in South Indian cuisine. It is typically served as a side dish for idli, dosa, and other South Indian breakfast dishes.

Roast the ingredients on a dry surface until they emit an aromatic and golden brown color. Then, use a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle to crush them into a coarse powder.. You can change the amount of spiciness by adjusting the quantity of red chilies used.
This Idli podi uses red chilies and black urad dal from our farm, and we fry it using a specific traditional process. Thus, it provides a grand flavor, taste, and aroma.
