Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Roasted Gram (Pottukadalai)
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • A pinch of Saffron (optional)
  • Chopped Nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)

Instructions:

  1. Roast the Gram: Dry roast the gram for 5 minutes until golden. Cool and grind it coarsely.
  2. Cook the Halwa: Heat ghee, add the ground gram, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add sugar, milk, and cook until thick.
