  • 1 cup Varagu millet / Kodo Millet
  • 1 tablespoon oil (coconut or sesame oil)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mixed veggies (carrot, peas, beans, etc.)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1-2 green chilies (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Steps:

  1. Start by cooking kodo millet according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok, and sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
