How to make cake ?

Wheat Cake

Ingredients

  • Residual Free flow Cane Jaggery- ½ Cup
  • Curd- ½ Cup
  • Ghee- ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence- As Required
  • Wheat Flour– 2 Cups
  • Nuts- AS Required
  • Baking powder

Instruction:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, curd, jaggery powder, ghee, and baking soda.
  • Mix well and knead the mixture until smooth.
  • Add the nuts and mix them in evenly.
  • Transfer the batter into a greased cake pan.
  • Place the pan in a preheated cooker and cook for 45 minutes on medium flame.
  • Your fresh cake is now ready to enjoy!
