Wheat Cake
Ingredients
- Residual Free flow Cane Jaggery- ½ Cup
- Curd- ½ Cup
- Ghee- ½ cup
- Vanilla essence- As Required
- Wheat Flour– 2 Cups
- Nuts- AS Required
- Baking powder
Instruction:
- In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, curd, jaggery powder, ghee, and baking soda.
- Mix well and knead the mixture until smooth.
- Add the nuts and mix them in evenly.
- Transfer the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Place the pan in a preheated cooker and cook for 45 minutes on medium flame.
- Your fresh cake is now ready to enjoy!
