Wheat Flour is made from farm-fresh Lokwan wheat grains, known for their high fiber content and essential nutrients. As one of the finest wheat varieties, nutrient-dense flour. This flour has a naturally sweet, nutty flavor, is rich in starch, and serves as a staple in Indian cuisine. 

High in phosphorus, Lokwan Wheat Flour supports bone health by working closely with calcium, while its vitamin B1 aids in glucose metabolism by converting ATP molecules to release energy in the body. Additionally, the niacin in the flour helps improve mental health and supports brain function.

Lokwan wheat produces flour that is slightly creamy in color and perfect for making soft and fluffy chapatis, rotis, and other flatbreads.
