Quick Red Poha Recipe (Easy Breakfast)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mappillai samba aval
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chilli
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt as needed
  • Lemon juice (optional)

 

How to Prepare

  1. Rinse aval lightly and keep aside
  2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves
  3. Add onion and green chilli, sauté lightly
  4. Add soaked aval and salt
  5. Mix gently and cook for 2–3 minutes
  6. Add lemon juice and serve
