Steps for making kambu dosa
  1. Soak urad dal in water for 2-3 hours and grind it to a smooth batter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together pearl millet flour, rice flour, urad dal batter, and salt.
  3. Add water and make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
  6. Cook on medium flame until the bottom turns golden brown.
  7. Flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
