Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) made from red chilies/red mirchi (lal mirch) harvested from our own certified organic Kaadu farm, dried in a solar dryer to enhance shelf life, thoroughly cleaned to remove debris, and then ground into fine powder.

We can make red chilli powder by crushing up dried red chilli. Used for cooking as a spice and flavoring to enhance meals.
