Ragi uses:

Finger-millet porridge:

Fill a pan with hot water, then add millet flour and stir. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Add some milk, palm jaggery, and cardamom powder, and cook for a few more minutes. Serve after warming.
Use salt in place of palm jaggery if you don’t like sweet flavors.
