Ragi, also known as Finger Millet, is a super grain rich in calcium, iron, and dietary fiber. Our Porridge powder is made by cleaning, drying, and finely grinding the grains to increase bioavailability of nutrients. Ragi flour in Hindi is commonly called nachni atta or mandua atta.

2 tablespoons Kaadu Organics Ragi Porridge Mix

1 cup water

Optional: Jaggery or palm sugar (for sweetness), milk or coconut milk (for richness), a pinch of salt (for savory version)

Cooking Steps:

1. Mix & Stir:
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of the ragi porridge mix with ½ cup of water. Stir well to avoid lumps.

2. Cook:
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan. Add the remaining ½ cup of water and cook on medium flame.

3. Stir Continuously:
Keep stirring to prevent lumps and ensure even cooking. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until it thickens.

4. Customize:
For a sweet version, add jaggery or palm sugar and a dash of milk or coconut milk.
For a savory version, add a pinch of salt and serve warm.

5. Serve:
Let it cool slightly and enjoy warm. Ideal for breakfast or as a light meal.
