Millet Khichdi

Steps:

1. Both moong dal and navane millet should be rinsed before soaking in water for half an hour.
2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil, add the cumin seeds,
3. Add the ginger and onions, and cook until the onions become transparent.
4. After adding the diced tomato, sauté it till it becomes soft.
5. Add the drained millet, moong dal, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Stir thoroughly.
6. Add 4 cups of water, then pressure cook on high for 4 whistles.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
